The founder
Rishab Saraf
Guwahati-born, Bengaluru-based. He checks the room before you check in — and keeps his phone on when your flight does not.
SS is named for his mother, Sudha Saraf. The company exists because he wanted travellers to be treated the way she treated people: looked after, not processed.

Before you book.
Can you plan a trip within my budget?
Yes — we ask for the number first. The itinerary is built to it: spend where you will feel it, save where you will not, and no surprise add-ons at the end.
Do you handle visas?
We prepare tourist visa files, checklists, appointments and cover letters. We never guarantee a stamp. The embassy decides.
Do you plan trips inside India?
Yes. Kashmir, Kerala, the Northeast, Goa, Rajasthan, Ladakh, the Andamans and more, to the same bar as the international work.
Have you really been to 190 countries?
No. 190+ is what we can book through airlines and hotel partners. Signature routes are the ones Rishab has actually walked. We say which is which.
What if something goes wrong mid-trip?
You call or WhatsApp one number. Rebookings and hotels are handled by a person. Phone support is presented as 24/7; Rishab keeps his own phone on.
