Peak weeks and non-refundable hotel rates follow the supplier. Flights follow the airline fare rule plus ₹750 SS fee per passenger per sector on refundable tickets.

Visa fees, insurance after issue, and attraction tickets are usually gone once processed.

Send the request in writing on WhatsApp or email from the number used at booking. The date and time we receive it (IST) decides the slab.

Approved refunds: 7–14 business days to the original method after the supplier confirms.
