Why “SS”
Every company has a founding story.
Ours has a name in it.
Sudha Saraf raised Rishab on one belief — take care of people, and the rest follows. When he lost her in 2023, he built this desk in her name. You are never a booking ID here. You are family on the road.
The founder
The man who checks the room before you check in.
Rishab Saraf is a Guwahati boy from a Marwari business family. SS is venture three: an online kirana, a doorstep battery service, then this desk. At Jain University, Bengaluru he rode Rapido in first year, then joined a young Stanza Living as an early sales intern and became the South region’s top performer.
The only lesson that stuck: know what the customer needs, then over-deliver at a price that feels honest.
His door is open — feedback, an idea, or a trip you cannot see on this site. WhatsApp is not a ticket queue. It is the desk.
